Breakfast was good, with scrambled eggs, bread, orange juice and a few extras. The food was good in general, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, so five stars from me. The location was great, about 10 minutes from the hospital. I was only there for an emergency one-night stay and wasn't sure about the toiletries. There seemed to be just soap, but there's a shop next door where I bought what I needed.

The restaurant is the strong point here. The food is fine, the beer is excellent, and both the atmosphere and service are great. It's a good spot for a meal or a drink, but I wouldn't stay overnight. The rooms are very basic, nothing special, and can smell of the kitchen or get noisy. There aren't many other places to stay in the neighborhood, but I'd still look elsewhere.

We like coming here for a late lunch. The menu is small and straightforward, and the food is really good. Alongside the usual fried dishes, they have a lovely pink pork loin. Pilsner on tap is a good option, too.

The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and spoke English. They made room for our motorbikes in the yard, which felt super safe.

The place has a really distinctive style, right down to the Švejk-themed salt and pepper. The food was great and fairly priced, and the service was exceptionally kind even though we didn't speak the language. They didn't take credit cards, unfortunately, but everything else made up for it. I'd absolutely recommend stopping here if you're passing through Brno.
