The guesthouse owners made us feel at home, just like the quiet, welcoming village of Čejkovice. It sits near the edge of the village under the vineyards. There’s outdoor seating and a grill in front, plus a garage where bikes can be stored and locked. We felt safe in the village, but appreciated the outdoor camera and being able to sleep peacefully with our more expensive bikes put away. The place is new, modern, and clean. Downstairs there’s one room with a bathroom and raised sleeping space for four, plus a sofa bed below for two smaller people. Upstairs is a large dining room and kitchen with a full wine fridge, regular fridge, dishwasher, stove, kettle, and microwave. There are two more upstairs rooms, each with a private bathroom and shower, a double bed, and a sofa bed. Each room and the dining kitchen has a modern wall mounted TV. There’s a place on the main road a short distance away for homestyle, tasty meals.
