The rooms were clean and warm, and we liked the restaurant food. The sauna was nice for four people, though a bit pricey. Since different people own the accommodation and rent rooms independently, the reception handles things. Our owner hadn't informed them, which caused some confusion, but the friendly staff helped us sort it out quickly.

For a ski trip, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The staff were rude and no help at all. The access is a serious problem: the closest parking is about a 50-minute uphill walk away, entry to the hotel is prohibited, and passenger cars can't get through on the road. They do run a snowcat shuttle for guests and luggage from the parking lot, but each trip costs 1,000 kroner, around 175 PLN.

The biggest letdown was the route to the slopes. There's no transport there, so you either pay 20 € for a scooter for two people, return, or allow 30 minutes to get to your car and drive. Getting to the hotel is difficult too: the nearest parking is a 50-minute uphill walk away, the road can't be used by cars, and entry to the hotel is prohibited. Their snowcat takes people and luggage from the parking lot for 1,000 CZK (175 PLN) per ride, something we only learned after paying for the stay in advance. The staff were rude and completely unhelpful. Sauna, jacuzzi and other “attractions” cost extra, and they're expensive, 700 CZK (120 PLN) an hour for the sauna or jacuzzi. The room was ordinary, nothing special. Such a disappointment when we discovered the road to the slope.

We were able to drive our own car up to the hotel, but you need a permit, one for each room. There's no parking by the hotel, with snowmobiles filling the area, and it isn't cleared, so there's a lot of snow. In winter you can only get to and from the hotel with special equipment, and that's also the only way to get around. Don't count on driving your own car, whatever kind it is. There's no communication and the Wi-Fi is very poor. Everything costs a lot. As for the hotel itself, everything was fine.

The beds were genuinely comfortable and made for a good night's sleep, but that's about the only plus. Getting there was a disaster: the property sits up a steep hill covered in snow and ice in winter, and a regular car can barely make it. You also have to pay extra for the Redtruck to take you up and down, on top of the accommodation. We only got information about the access after booking, and staff should warn guests sooner. With no shops nearby, things get expensive. Apart from the beds, the place needs work, and the access problems and extra charges spoiled the stay. I wouldn't recommend it.
