Really great.

We were only staying one night on a road trip, luckily. The whole arrival was a mess. The reception was meant to be at the restaurant, 50m from the accommodation, but they said they weren't taking guests and nobody picked up the phone. When we asked the waitress about check-in, she said it depended on when we arrived, even though it was around 3pm. We ended up going back and forth between the building and restaurant, then called booking to cancel. That wasn't possible because the reservation was non-cancellable. Booking managed to reach the owners, so we had to return to the restaurant again. The woman there handed over the keys without saying anything. There was supposed to be parking at the building, but we weren't given the gate code. We didn't feel like asking again, so we left the car by the road and hoped it would be okay :D. We had planned to stop at the restaurant for a drink that evening, but went somewhere else instead. It felt like we were a nuisance and they just didn't want to deal with us. Nobody has called us back on the number we tried, either. The next morning, the accommodation cost more than the amount shown when we booked the day before. They may have added breakfast, which wasn't supposed to be included in our price. If it was charged automatically, they could at least have told us, though that might have been too much effort :). It's not about the 150 CZK for breakfast, it's about how they handled it, and maybe this feedback will help. Such a shame they made a mess of things. I really don't think they care about their guests.

The owner was wonderful and helped us with everything. Breakfast and dinner were fine. There are three buildings for the accommodation; we were in the oldest one, but it worked well enough for our hockey team.

The room was luxurious and beautifully equipped, and the price was low, so the value for money deserves five stars. But the fire alarm beeped every minute all night. There was nobody to call, and I spent a sleepless night in luxury :-)
