The breakfast was very good, and the staff were helpful. We spent a summer weekend there in 2025 and found the apartment hotel clean, modern, and spacious. It’s close to Krumlov Castle. There’s no elevator, which would have been useful, though the building is a protected historic site. I’d recommend it.

We were looking for somewhere quiet to rest for four nights at the end of our Czechia trip, after eight nights in Prague, and this place was just right. It’s at the north end of the old town, handy for restaurants, shops, and the castle. Our room was roomy and thoughtfully decorated, and the whole place had recently been renovated very nicely. We tried the optional breakfast on our first morning. At €10 per person, it was a pleasant European-style buffet and an easy start to the day, though there are also some great breakfast options in town. If we make it back to Cesky Krumlov, I’d happily stay here again.

Even without full-time reception, the pension is run very well. Our room was large and had a separate sitting area.

The location is very good, and the building is newly built, but service is extremely limited. There’s no staff from the afternoon through the night, so there’s nobody to ask for help when you need it. Room service was poor too: the table and glasses weren’t cleaned, and there was no kettle or water in the room. The only water was a shared jar in a public area, and nobody came to refill it, so it was useless. Breakfast was €10 per person and absolutely not worth the money. Don’t waste your money on it.
