For this price range, it was really, really good. The apartment felt new and modern, and breakfast was good too. Checkout ended at 20:00, but I got stuck in traffic. The owner sent me the location of a hidden mini safe with a secret key, so I could pick up the room key whenever I arrived. It worked.

The rooms are clean, large, and well equipped, especially the ones facing the backyard, which are very quiet. It’s about 10 minutes to downtown, and it’s quite cheap, so the value is excellent. Just keep expectations in check: this is more or less a former residential building turned into a hotel. Reception is on call rather than staffed around the clock, and breakfast is fairly basic, though you won’t leave hungry. If you’re after 4* international service, the Clarion is right across the street. For a decently priced, okay-ish place to crash for one night, this works.

A clean, nice hotel with a Czech style. The breakfast could be better, but I had a good experience overall.
