The quiet apartment was a real plus, and I found the private check-in easy and stress-free since there was no need to interact with anyone. I also appreciated having a paid parking spot on site, even though it cost extra, so I didn’t need to look for street parking. I stayed at Residence Mariánská in České Budějovice. My apartment was cozy and small, under the roof, right on the edge of the old town. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well kept. I had a very pleasant stay. It was clean, quiet, and in a convenient location, with private check-in and parking as nice extras. I’d recommend Residence Mariánská to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient stay in České Budějovice. 4.5 out of 5 stars!

The building used to be some kind of military school or base, and they’ve made really nice, comfortable apartments out of it. They’re well equipped and great value for the price. There’s parking in the building, a Billa Shop downstairs, and the old town is just across the street, so there’s no need for a car to explore Budovice. The concierge was very nice and even called to make sure we’d arrive on time because there was an issue with the self check-in. The apartment and location were absolutely wonderful. Thanks for the excellent service! 🙏👍

The room was spacious and comfortable, and after a rough start we enjoyed the stay a lot. Its location between the town center and shopping center made a great base for Ceske Budejovice. The automated check-in was frustrating. Don’t expect to get in even a minute before 15:00, and the parking entry follows the same rule. We called at 14:30, but nobody picked up. On a hot day, it was also disappointing to arrive to an unplugged fridge and a room that hadn’t been cooled.

The rooms are modern, nice, and roomy, and we had a really good stay. We couldn’t quite figure out the parking and I think we ended up paying twice. I’d definitely stay again!
