The owner was so helpful, from arranging airport transfers to teaching us a bit of Czech so we could talk to people. It’s very affordable and clean, close to Wenceslas Square and the metro, with the old town only a short walk away. A good fit if you like sorting things out yourself. I’d stay here again.

The location was really handy and the price wasn’t too high. We could walk to the underground, Marks and Spencers and McDonalds, and there were plenty of leaflets in the foyer. We booked for three adults and two children, but although children under a certain age stay free, they seemed to assume our three-year-old would share a bed. The apartment had just two bowls for five people, and the curtains were hanging off the rail. They were too high for us to put back.

The apartment was clean, though not very comfortable. The host was really kind and helpful with everything. It’s near the centre, and there are good restaurants close by.

The owner communicated really well and the location was great. The price was low, but so was the quality. There was a terrible smell and it was freezing; the bed was awful too. A yard view meant looking at a garbage can, and the internet was only 9 Mb/s, which feels behind the times.

It’s spacious and in a great location, and communication with the owner was good. But there was a bad smell, the bed needs attention, and the walls and kitchen were very dirty.
