4/10
The restaurant food was good, but I didn't have a pleasant stay. My room never felt warm enough, and reception basically said there was nothing they could do because the heating only switches on automatically once it gets below a certain temperature. This really didn't feel like a four-star hotel.

The hotel could use better pillows and a quicker elevator. The staff still gave good service despite what I felt was awful treatment from some Chinese tourists. Special mention to the blonde lady at reception, she worked hard and kept smiling. People leaving one-star complaints should check their manners.

Breakfast was a good buffet, and the staff were friendly and looked after us nicely. The rooms are basic, though, and the hotel doesn't have air conditioning.

The place looks like it hasn't been refreshed in years. There was no air conditioning or even a basic bath curtain, and our view was of a car park. The location wasn't good either. Terrible.

A good value for the price. It's near downtown, the rooms are clean, the staff are kind, and breakfast was nice.
