It was awful staying here. Kids in sports groups and school classes were loud all day, constantly coming and going, and showed no respect for other guests. After long days at the snow resort, it was hard to get any rest. The shower was partly broken, and the remote was missing. They also tried to charge me twice. I can't recommend this place unless you're a kid looking for somewhere to stay. The owner should consider whether regular guests can really book rooms when dozens of children are around, since they make a lot more noise than adults and typical hotel guests.

My family felt right at home here. The owners were lovely, and the hotel is well placed for both skiing and cross-country.

The panorama is lovely, but the service and accommodation were poor. The food was plain and didn't taste very good, and the tables and bathroom were dirty. There was only cold water, so showering after 6 PM wasn't possible. We left with a bad feeling. If you expect good service, this isn't the place for you. It felt more like a one-star hostel.

The food was excellent, and the chef and cook were both really kind and helpful. When we had a problem with the toilets on the first day, the staff worked quickly to sort it out. We came with the school for a ski course and stayed in the older Diana chalet. The rooms and the chalet itself were clean and tidy. I was very happy with the stay and would recommend it for a winter trip with children or for school ski courses.
