The balcony was huge and lovely to sit on in warm weather, and the superior two-bedroom apartment was large, nicely decorated, and had a good kitchen and bathroom. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. My only complaints were that the shower wouldn't get hot, even though it was mid-morning, and the buffet restaurant waitress wasn't very helpful when I tried to pay for our drinks. I'd still happily stay again.

Karolina and Nikola greeted us with lovely smiles on arrival, which made a great start to the stay. They were real professionals and gave us loads of useful advice for planning our trips. They definitely deserve a pay rise! 😊

We had a really enjoyable stay, and I'd gladly come back. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and quiet, while the restaurant had high-quality food, a fun selection, and top-notch service. The staff were attentive and professional, and the care with the details was lovely. One of my best experiences anywhere. Thank you! 👏🌎

The location is a real plus in such a small town, and the hotel works well as a base for walks. You can park near the building or in the town center, which isn't far, if you want to save money. There are several kinds of accommodation, wonderful wellness facilities, and delicious food. We're welcomed warmly and looked after so well from the moment we arrive. I've returned several times despite the fairly high prices. I enjoy being here so much that I'd happily spend the whole day at the hotel.

We were three people traveling with our dog, and couldn't have been happier with our clean, modern, spacious two-bedroom apartment. The kitchen was equipped for cooking full meals, though we ate out. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with a big choice of gluten-free items. The location was great, and Sächsische Schweiz National Park was only a short drive away. We had a great time at Aparthotel Lipa and would gladly return.
