The owners and staff were very friendly, and the location is beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and nice, and it’s dog friendly. Food was delicious and very affordable. The restaurant has several vegetarian choices, and they can make the potato and vegetable sides vegan by using olive oil instead of butter.

The location is great, but none of us felt welcome. We live in the Czech Republic and find most Czech people very nice to clients, and we spoke Czech with the staff, but their manner and the way they talked to us were far from pleasant. I also saw dog droppings several times on the grass in front of the house and to the right. In our room, a window shade was broken, so we couldn’t block the light. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the towels smelled strange, as if they weren’t fresh.

The garden view is lovely, but service was slow and unreliable. It took half an hour just to get one tea. I wouldn't recommend the pancake with ice cream and fruit either, watermelon and chocolate aren't a great match.

We came here after travelling 500 km, spent the next day in the mountains, then had to drive back through the night with our small daughters deeply shaken. I still can't get over what happened. The owner, an older woman, forced the room door open and hit my girlfriend while she was playing with our six-year-old daughter. This followed a disagreement about what we believe was the owner's mistake. Our daughter was shocked, and we were kept in the room until the police arrived. We called the police and paid; we have documents. Now the owner is lying in the comments. I'm also worried about what might happen to other guests. If a large group calls during your stay, the owner may throw you out in the middle of the day while you're in the mountains, for no reason, and cancel the contract on the spot. This place doesn't just have unpleasant service; the way tourists are treated feels terrifying. Please think very carefully before coming here. This was a scandalous, shocking experience, and the trip was ruined. I've never encountered behavior like this before.
