Penzion Gerta

We were able to leave our bags until late because we had an evening bus, and while we waited, our host brought us cakes and coffee. She even offered us a ride to the bus station, though we hadn’t expected it. It’s about a 15-minute walk from there. She also let us check in early, was friendly and accommodating, and made the place feel like home. Breakfast was a generous spread of ham, salami, cheese, bread, butter, coffee, orange juice, yogurt, cut fruit, and fried eggs. The place was clean and had enough amenities.

The guest room was extremely comfortable and the internet was fast, and breakfast was great. The owner looked after us like a mother and even picked us up when we arrived at the bus station. It felt like a second home, the sort of place you miss and want to come back to. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

For a low price, we got a very clean room and a homemade breakfast. We had a wonderful one-night stay at GERTA. The landlady, mrs Gerta, is incredibly thoughtful and warm. Highly recommended!

The whole place was very clean, with fresh towels and an emptied trash bin every day. Our hostess was wonderful and so nice to us, and at breakfast she gave us everything we wanted and more. The parking spot looks small, but even larger cars can fit.
