The host was so welcoming, and we got the castle view we’d asked for. Our room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, with what looked like a newly redone bathroom and a walk-in shower. The bed felt very soft, but I still slept well. Parking is tight, though we found a spot. There’s a restaurant in the guesthouse; we only tried the good wine and beer, not a meal. Breakfast was 180 KCZ, which we skipped. From what I saw, it included toast, ham, cheese, and orange juice, with a toaster and kettle for making coffee or tea. We stayed one night.

We arrived really late and they upgraded our room. Dinner was great too, with a lovely view.

The castle view is great, the staff are lovely, and the beer is good.

From the room window, the castle looked fantastic. We were in room number 5. It’s a boating stop, so expect some noise from the stall-pub. The room was pleasant, clean, and nice, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was classic and filling. Good value for the price.
