The lake is lovely and the location is great for relaxing. The jacuzzi was nice too. But the hotel's service was really poor. Staff were rude, and some of the restaurant waitresses rolled their eyes at everything. They forgot a spoon for the soup, which was no big deal, but when we politely asked for one, they acted annoyed, like they were doing us a favor. A lot of the activities that were a big draw were closed, with no warning. The water quality was bad and nobody told us. There was just one notice in Czech, with nothing at reception or a clear sign saying not to go in, so we entered without knowing. Even some activities that had nothing to do with water were closed, and the hotel didn't feel worth the price. There were also some hidden fees for bringing a dog.

We got a lot of help from the very friendly staff. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the food tasted great. The hotel was perfect.

The indoor pool was a little too cool for me, but the facilities are great, including a kids' room. The staff were attentive and polite, and the rooms are comfortable and roomy enough. It's an excellent choice near Prague for a weekend getaway.

We had a large room with a big terrace this time. The extra beds weren't very nice, though the kids said they were okay. The minibar had reasonable prices, and there's a safe. Breakfast was nice, with different egg dishes and pancakes available to order. My kids and I like this place, especially for children. There's an indoor pool and an outdoor pool, plus a sauna and jacuzzi. It's right by the lake with a nice view, and the staff are friendly. I'm not sure I'd call it a four-star hotel, but whether it's three or four stars doesn't really matter, it's still a nice hotel. Recommended.

We spent a family weekend here in December with our two-year-old daughter and were very happy with everything. We booked one of the relaxation packages with a sauna, massage, and chocolate. It works really well for small kids: there were toys by the pool, a pretty good play area, and a baby bed. The lake view is stunning, and it's just 1 hour 10 minutes by car from Prague.
