The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, and we felt welcome as soon as we arrived. They don’t speak much English, but a little Czech gets you by, and we had no problems during the stay. It’s a family-friendly hotel, so most guests were families with children. If kids’ noise doesn’t bother you, you should be fine here. We paid about 50€ for two people per night in the off season, including two meals per person, so food didn’t add much expense. The price is really decent. Breakfast was what you’d expect from a place like this, and dinner had lots of choices, including vegetarian options. We’ll definitely come back on our next visit!

The food and breakfast were both great, and the owner is really nice. There’s table tennis and darts too. The hotel is right by the ski slope.

I’ve stayed in a lot of places over the past few years, but nothing like this one. You can have a private sauna right in your room, and there are options for walks, trips and sports right at the hotel. Kids can use the playground, see the live rabbits and have some contact with the goats and sheep. They’re also great about arranging special dinners for the next day. The staff are so willing to help that I can’t rate it any higher. I want to come back.
