Apartmany Reko Kadan

We’ve stayed here several times, but our last visit was by far the dirtiest, and we won’t return. The hallway was filthy, and it seemed nothing had been cleaned between guests. The toilet had an extremely long, odd hair in it and a yellow seat. We only spotted those things after we cleaned everything ourselves. There’s an elevator. The apartments are large and the area is quiet, though it’s an industrial location. The landlady speaks Czech and some basic English, but we found her unfriendly. Being inexpensive doesn’t excuse cleanliness this poor.

My company covers the stay, so I can’t say what the price is. The rooms are roomy and have a kitchenette with dishes, a microwave, kettle and hob. There’s also a toilet and shower in the room. I’m really pleased with it.

We found beer bottles left behind by the previous guests. The kitchenette also didn’t have enough dishes or cutlery. Since the apartment sleeps five, I’d expect at least five of each, including mugs.

It’s quiet and clean, and the parking is behind a fence. I only missed having a pizza oven from Kaufláč. There isn’t one in the room’s kitchen or the shared kitchen 😏
