Hard to sum this restaurant up. Lunch was good, and the fried cauliflower was fine. The goulash was more than adequate, though the meat was quite tough. They called the dumplings homemade, but I don't really believe that 😅. And with the beer, taste isn't the point if the glass isn't clean. You can see it in the foam. Dirty glass, bad foam.

We had lunch here and everything tasted great. The portions are generous, prices are fair, and there's a wide choice of dishes. The food is very authentic, traditional Czech fare. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Domažlice.

We couldn't get a room at the hotel because it was fully booked, but we did have both dinners at the restaurant during our two-day visit to Domazlice in September 2022. The food was excellent, the staff were wonderful, and the cozy, pleasant setting made for a great atmosphere. I hope I can eat here again one day.

The restaurant service was very bad, and the coffee was the worst I've ever had. Expensive for nothing. I don't recommend it at all!

We just love Sokoly Dum 😍 A quiet, clean hotel with huge, comfortable rooms, a nice breakfast, and a cozy interior with a medieval feel. We love places like this. Definitely a good choice ☺
