The checkout request was refused, even though we offered compensation after an event was canceled and we asked to leave earlier. We were charged the full price, and the landlady handled it rudely. Check-in and payment had also become unfriendly and impersonal. We were a large group, but everyone had to wait a long time for keys and to pay the rent. We used to stay here often and usually found the staff friendly, so the change was disappointing. I won't book this hotel again. Quick money often comes at the cost of losing customers.

Breakfast was fresh, tasty, plentiful, and ready right at the agreed time. There was a broad choice of food and drinks, and the lady serving it was lovely and happy to accommodate our requests. Our room was spacious and clean, with free coffee, tea, a kettle, shower toiletries, TV with plenty of channels, and internet. The hotel also has a fenced lot and free parking right outside.

The restaurant in the tower was a real highlight, and the location is exceptional. The rooms were newly renovated and spotlessly clean. We'd happily return when we're in the area.

The owner clearly knows how to look after customers. The rooms were cozy and clean, a real gem. Hats off, I can only recommend it. Great job 👍👍👍.

That €15 breakfast was a bad joke: raw scrambled eggs, cheap pre-baked rolls, and sausages were the highlights. The staff were unfriendly and inflexible, with no sense of customer service. We definitely won't stay here again!
