It felt like stepping back into the long-gone world of the ČSSR. If you enjoy shows like Fawlty Towers, there were a few moments of comedy gold, but the stay could be much better with a bit of care for the rooms. The door was battered and the bed sagged. Customer service could use some attention too. And don't show up early for breakfast, or you'll get told off 😂

The friendliest staff were the best part of my stay. The hotel itself is very basic, with old, dated facilities, and the carpet really needs replacing. It could definitely use a facelift.

The staff were friendly, but the room was horrible. It was very warm and had no air conditioning!
