I can’t recommend this hotel, especially for anyone coming for treatment with partial or full coverage through Czech insurers such as VZP. I believe the management uses room assignments to get more money from guests. They put you in the worst room available, at Tři růže or Radbuza, instead of in the Dr. Adler hotel rooms. I emailed the management about 20 days before my arrival at the Dr. Adler hotel. I explained that I don’t smoke or snore and asked to share a double room with someone similar. Instead, they put me in the worst room at Tři růže with a man who snored terribly because of apnoea and had trouble breathing even during the day. When I complained right away, management offered me a single room for an extra 300 Euro. Several other people I met during treatment had the same thing happen. Instead of trying to satisfy customers, the Dr. Adler hotel management puts them in a terrible situation and pressures them for more money. The price-performance ratio here is bad too.

Thank you to everyone who looked after me, from the doctors and nurses to the careful, helpful cleaners and cafeteria staff. Mrs. Majka is a treasure. I’m especially grateful to Dr. Holotová and physiotherapist Synková.
