Claris Hotel

Our room at Hotel Claris was very clean, and we'd happily stay there again. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We skipped breakfast, though at 8 Euro it looked about right for the price. Some of the poor reviews may be about breakfast, and if you want something fancier there are great cafes all around. Vinohadry is a quiet area, with a good choice of bars and restaurants and a lovely nearby park where you can look out over the city. You can reach other parts of town easily by public transit or on foot, and walking from the train station with luggage is doable.

Our stay in Prague was wonderful, and everything at this hôtel went perfectly. The receptionist Zdenka made things so easy for us. She was amazing, many thanks to her.

I hadn't planned to leave a review because I gave my feedback at checkout, but I later felt responsible for warning other women tourists. A man who works at this hotel was on my flight. Although he was sitting behind me, he physically pushed or hit my back to get past me while we were getting off the plane. He and his companions laughed about it. During my five-day stay, he never apologized. I believe someone who can touch a woman like that without remorse could do something similar to another woman. I don't think he should be working in a hotel, let alone in a tourist area. I'm giving one star solely because this person is employed there. In your response, you accused me of making false comments. At checkout I specifically asked the receptionist whether he had come from Istanbul. There must be security cameras covering reception, so you can check them. The receptionist even apologized to me on his behalf. I expect an apology from you too.
