Prague Marriott Hotel

Ruth at the front desk gave us a really warm welcome. The rooms and guest areas were modern and clean, and with our Bonvoy status we could use one of the best members lounges. Jenny made our drinks and prepared one of the best Negronis I've ever had. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of most tourist spots. We loved our stay and highly recommend it.

Space is a real advantage at the Prague Marriott Hotel. The rooms are unusually large for a European city center, with an airy, contemporary feel and Marriott's plush bedding. There's room for families as well as business travelers who need a place to work. After significant renovations, the hotel continues to offer high quality service and a convenient base in Prague. Bonvoy members get a generous welcome. The M Club lounge is often considered among Europe's best, with an extensive breakfast, evening hors d'oeuvres, all-day draft beer, and specialized food stations. Elite members may also receive room upgrades when available. Getting around is easy from Prague 1. Palladium Shopping Centre is a one-minute walk away, and Old Town Square is about ten minutes on foot. Náměstí Republiky metro station and several tram lines are right outside, connecting you to the rest of the city. A good choice if you value room to spread out and Bonvoy recognition near Prague's historic center.

The staff were the best part of our stay. Aleksander, Sophie, and Serena welcomed us so warmly at check-in. In winter the lobby felt cozy and inviting, with decorative trees, lights, a faux fireplace, and hot chocolate. The M lounge team worked so hard to keep everything clean and in order. Maria the manager and Plavka put in a huge effort with the others, including the egg chef whose name I didn't catch, she was a rock star. We loved it all and are very grateful. Great location for holiday fun, and top-notch staff.

The new swimming pool and saunas fill the one gap this hotel used to have. The wellness area is elegant, modern, and very well maintained, with relaxing saunas and a calm pool for unwinding after a busy day in the city. It feels thoughtfully planned and done to a high standard. Marriott Prague was already a top-tier hotel, with excellent service, a prime location, comfortable rooms, and attention to detail. With these new facilities, it feels complete and is among the best hotels in the city and region. It now has everything a guest could wish for.
