Martin Hotel Prague

The bed was comfortable, and I liked the sitting area in my room. Breakfast in the morning was nice, with a good range of food. But the bathroom was very small and not comfortable for taking a proper bath. Noise from other rooms bothered me at night, and the heater or air conditioner also kept making noise, so I couldn't sleep well. I stayed at Martin Hotel Prague during Christmas 2025, and those noise and bathroom issues affected the experience despite the good parts.

The room was dark and small, with a musty smell that made it uncomfortable for two people. Breakfast was below expectations too. This was disappointing and not what I expected from a 4-star hotel, and I can't recommend it for a relaxing holiday.

The staff were very nice and easy to communicate with, and the location was good, not far from the center and near a tram stop. Breakfast was free and quite good, but the buffet was the same every day, which isn't great for a longer stay. The room itself smelled musty, and the strong scents in the corridor made my head spin. The rooms didn't look like 4-star rooms. The air conditioning barely worked and blew dust, the bathroom hairdryer didn't work and exploded in my hands, and it blew the plugs in the whole hotel. Because of the traffic jams, we couldn't turn on anything except the light all day, including the fridge, TV, and air conditioning that barely worked. The fridge was so loud it made sleeping impossible if you can't fall asleep with a loud buzzing sound. It's a tragedy.

The hotel was very cosy, with neat, clean rooms and a delicious breakfast. Service was amazing, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. After checking out, I could leave my luggage in a free locker until my flight.
