The staff were lovely and helped us whenever we had questions. They made our first Prague visit feel special, and I’d book again if we return. Our superior room was spotless, with a lovely bathroom, everything working properly, and the biggest, comfiest bed we’ve ever had. Trams run constantly from a stop just a two-minute walk away. Breakfast was okay for me as a picky eater, though I did love the jam pastries and cakes.

The front desk staff were welcoming, and breakfast was really good. It’s a handy spot too, just a couple of minutes from the tram and around a 15-minute ride to Prague Old Town. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the rooms were clean and looked after, which mattered most to me. A pleasant stay, no complaints.

Good prices for this part of Prague, and the rooms are modern and clean. The staff were very helpful and spoke English well. They also gave us useful tips about parking over the weekend. Nice hotel, would recommend.

Getting into the city center takes up to 30 minutes on foot, and public transport is very good and readily available. The building is beautiful, breakfast was delicious, and the service was baby-friendly. The staff were nice and helpful too. The only drawback for me was that the bed felt a little uncomfortable.

Lukas at reception was friendly and helpful right from our arrival. The rooms were clean, reasonably spacious, and quiet. I took off a point because breakfast had very few choices for anyone who doesn’t eat pork.
