Hilton Prague Atrium

The executive offering was a letdown: the check-in desk stayed closed, so we queued with everyone else, and the lounge's daytime "light refreshments" amounted to a bowl of apples. That was misleading, and my room wasn't ready until 18:30 even though check-in starts at 15:00. I'd skip the executive experience and book a standard room. The hotel itself is brilliant, though. The spa and standard rooms are great, the bars are amazing, and the place has a wonderful feel and a brilliant location. It's exceptional value for money, and I'd highly recommend staying here in Prague.

I have known the Czech Republic and Prague for many years, and I've always found people in this beautiful country smiling and welcoming. My wife and I were travelling and needed a pleasant holiday, so I chose your hotel. That choice soon gave me doubts. The first thing we encountered was cold faces at reception. Then, when we entered our room, we found many problems, both minor and major, from a clogged drain to a broken TV remote. These issues seem to have been there for a long time and ignored. After driving more than a thousand kilometers that day, my wife and I didn't have the time or energy to pack up and move rooms late at night. A five-star hotel should provide that level of service from the start. I don't recommend this hotel. Luxury is more than a beautiful lobby; it also depends on how staff treat you and the quality of the hotel. Here, only the lobby is beautiful.

Pavel at reception made check-in effortless. He was welcoming, professional and attentive, taking time to explain the facilities and give clear instructions. The Hilton lives up to its five-star standard in comfort, atmosphere and attention to detail. What stood out most was the people and service, which felt even better than five-star. A fantastic stay from beginning to end, highly recommended.

Our suite had lovely river and city views and was thoughtfully furnished. The Executive Lounge had the essentials during the evening, and Katarina there was consistently attentive and professional. We also found the gym and sauna comfortable to use, though they were somewhat crowded, especially over the weekend. The hotel's close to major sights, and we could get a cab without trouble most of the time. We were celebrating a special occasion and had some challenges before arrival. Duty Manager Victor Rodrigues listened, understood what we needed and handled things with calm, care and professionalism. His personal touches made us feel welcome and looked after. Javier Pardo Suárez was also warm, patient and open-minded when listening to our feedback. We appreciated his honesty and approachable manner. The hotel is large, and breakfast service had a few minor inconsistencies, but we felt well cared for and would gladly return.
