Hostel Mandarinka

There were bed bugs, so save your money and stay somewhere else. The facilities themselves were actually okay, but the service was awful. The young male worker was ridiculously rude to everyone he dealt with. Management should seriously consider firing him. Customer service is his job, and I've seen homeless people be more hospitable. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I would give this a zero if I could. Do not come here.

The hostel is good and the location is great, but one male receptionist ruined the experience. I've never met a more miserable person in customer service. He scolded us for checking in after midnight, even though our flight was delayed, we'd warned them we'd arrive late, and reception was open 24 hours. He was also incredibly rude when we asked where the light switch was, and about other things. I wonder if he knows that customer service is an optional job. I truly hope he's okay and gets the help he needs. Such a shame.

I stayed here on December 10, 2025, and had the worst hostel experience. Someone took my bed, and the staff did nothing about it. There was no security, and the staff were very rude. The other bed had hair on it, so it wasn't clean either. I'd never stay here again, even for 5 euros a night.

Fairly clean, but our room had no windows. Don't use the laundry service. It was expensive, and they returned our clothes wet and still smelling unclean.
