Hostel Mango

The reception staff were excellent, and our room and beds were made up well and kept clean. Everything went smoothly for our large group of 11 chaps in a 14-bed dorm. All in all, a great hostel that I'd recommend. My one concern is for individual travellers who book the cheapest room and end up sharing with a large, rowdy group like ours. The hostel could perhaps have placed those guests separately.

A common room and a kitchen are there for everyone to use, and the beds were all fairly comfortable. The staff were friendly and spoke a range of languages. For the price, it's good value, especially with the great location and the city trips and pub crawls they organise. A really lovely hostel, highly recommend!

I had a great weekend here. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, reception staff were really nice, and everything you'd expect was decent. Towels, padlocks and similar extras don't cost anything, though they do ask for a deposit. There's no free breakfast, but the kitchen has “free groceries” such as pasta and bread, which is handy if you're on a tight budget. Great prices and location too, a terrific hostel.

The rooms were clean and looked after, and the staff were kind and helpful. It’s an easy walk to Prague’s old town, about 10-15 minutes via Charles bridge, and there’s a kitchen too. Good price for a hostel, I’d definitely recommend it for a Prague visit.
