The hotel could be better. Noise carries through the walls, the hallway has a strange unpleasant smell, and the Wi-Fi was sometimes fine but often very slow. The floors are really cold, and they don’t provide slippers. The location is excellent, close to the old town and lots of restaurants.

The Old Town Hall is about a 15-minute walk away, and although you’re in the city center, the street is quiet enough that nightlife didn’t disturb our sleep. There’s a cozy restaurant nearby and a shopping mall about 8 minutes away. The staff were quick to respond, professional, and showed warm, genuine care for guests.

It was spotless, and we appreciated the small extras, like a sweet on the towel and coffee pods. The safe, microwave, kettle, and little fridge were a nice bonus. Great accommodation.

Simone, our host, knew the area well and was eager to help. The advice was excellent, and she even sent travel instructions through WhatsApp. The place was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location was great. I’d stay again without hesitation. Ten out of ten for the staff and accommodation.
