110 out of 100% for this place. The rooms are large, very clean, and quiet, and breakfast was perfectly adequate. The pool, sauna, and massages were more than acceptable for the price. Staff were very friendly and sorted out small issues right away. Excellent value for money, highly recommended. I’d book directly with the hotel. Globetrotter, Goge 14

We stayed for 14 days in April and were very satisfied, but our October stay was a different story and felt like a youth hostel. All the treatments were scheduled during breakfast, and the driveway to the four parking spaces on the property was blocked, so it was impossible to get out during the day. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, while lunch left a lot to be desired. The staff were friendly, as they depend on guests. My heating was minimal, and I could barely dry my towels and bathrobe. The place is fine for a relaxing break with a few minor treatments, but the price-performance ratio needs reviewing because it’s too expensive for this kind of place. We’ve been twice, but now we’re looking for something more upscale in Franzensbad. My suggestion: try it first, then book. Thanks anyway to the staff at the Marriott.

There’s a nice indoor pool where you can reserve time for yourself, and the hotel was cosy and clean with friendly, helpful staff. The room could use more free sockets, and there was only a small bin in the bathroom. The bedroom fridge was quite noisy. Parking is free, but there’s room for at most four cars comfortably. With more guests, cars block one another and people have to move whenever someone needs to leave. Breakfast was rather weak, and I’d have liked more variety and better quality.

She’s a great cook, keeps things clean, and gives top-notch treatments.
