The apartments were perfectly clean, pleasant, and well equipped, and parking in the yard was a great bonus. Everything was within walking distance, including a great restaurant at Pension Josef, which the owner recommended and which turned out to be great. We were traveling with a group and children, so quiet accommodation in an accessible location mattered. We couldn't have chosen better. Communication about all our requirements was good from the start, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. If we return to Františkovy Lázně, we won't look anywhere else.

The owner was relaxed, cheerful, and helpful, and shared tips for trips. The apartment was lovely, clean, modern, and practically equipped, with parking in a locked yard. It's a great base for hikes, and the center is nearby. I recommend it to everyone, and we'd be happy to come back.

The apartment was lovely, clean, and cozy, with a kitchen that had everything needed. Parking was right beside it, and the center was only a short walk away. I can definitely recommend this place! ☺️

I've never seen rooms and shared areas this clean anywhere. The guesthouse has been completely renovated, and the owner is wonderful, cheerful, and helpful. She seems to notice what you need and take care of it. The apartment is spacious and modern, and the kitchen has everything you need. Parking is in the locked yard, with a Lidl nearby and the center close by. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be glad to return.

The location is handy, near the center, cafes, artisanal ice cream, and Lidl. The apartment was clean and fragrant, with a well-equipped kitchen. The hostess was nice, parking in the yard was free, and the price was right. I really recommend it, and we'll definitely come back.
