A pleasant place to stay in a quiet area, about 300 metres from the center of Frantiskovy Lazne.

The breakfast was great, with generous portions and a decent selection, but it was served outside the stated hours, especially when we were leaving, and it was nearly time to depart. I couldn't get the dishwasher to work, so doing the dishes by hand was easy enough. Still, it was full of water and smelled pretty bad. There was also noise from the garden on both evenings, with some kind of staff gathering and radio music, so guests couldn't use the garden. The apartment's equipment was otherwise at a very decent level, but we were disappointed with the quality of the stay, especially the cleaning. We chose it based on reviews and knowing the location, since we visit Františkovy Lázně for at least a while every year. There was too much dust and cobwebs, including their residents, and the cleaning felt careless, even in the bathroom. It was just a gray average, and the apartment deserved better. Maybe because of the damp weather, the sheets felt moist on the first evening, but the humidity was gone the next day. The bathroom towels, on the other hand, smelled strongly of smoke.

The garden is lovely, a bit wild, and the children had a great time in it. The place is tucked into nature and about a 10-minute walk from the livelier center. The apartment had enough equipment, though getting a reply from the owner took a while. The two connecting bedrooms were awkward for us with small children.

Definitely not suitable for small children. The garden was very neglected, with old things, wires and tools lying around. Ashtrays and bottles were full, and dirt in the pool meant it couldn't be used. Never again.
