The hot tub was mentioned as an option for an extra fee, but there wasn't one available on site. Food wasn't offered, so I can't rate it. I can't really judge the service either, since I only made one phone call. A lot of the setup felt odd. The heating swung between too hot and completely cold. Hot water was on the left at the bathroom sink but on the right in the shower. Some sockets were where you'd expect light switches, and one switch controlled the hall and bedroom lights together, so both rooms were either lit or dark. The TV picture was broken and choppy, and the Wi-Fi didn't work.

When I stayed a few months ago, it was a disaster. The service wasn't nice, there was no internet, and the food was so-so, just crap. There are much better and cheaper hotels in the area, with amazing, smiling staff.

I spent a week there and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The internet was terrible in the downstairs rooms, and the owners don't care about the outages.

There were 14 of us, and everyone was happy with our stay. The owner was such a kind, helpful lady. Thanks for a great guesthouse.

The rooms opened onto the garden, and the location made a great base for trips. We stayed with breakfast included, so I can’t comment on dinner or the wellness services. There may have been a few small flaws, but we didn’t find ourselves lacking anything.
