Hotel Jesenius

The one real positive was the receptionists. Both were very nice and each day tried to find cultural or sports activities for us nearby. But the hotel was being renovated, and nobody told us beforehand. The promised treatments weren't happening either. There was dust, noise, and cigarette smoke all over the hotel from the craftsmen, who seemed not to care.

I was nervous after reading the reviews here and wondering where I was heading. People seem quicker to complain than to praise. For me, though, these were the most wonderful four weeks I've ever spent at a spa, and I don't think I've rested this well in my life. I swam more than 100 km in the pool and walked over 350 km through the lovely parks and around Frantovek, yet came away relaxed. The treatments were all great, and the staff were friendly everywhere. The Jesenius** hotel is older, but nothing terrible. Meals in the dining room at Luisa*** were amazing. Over four weeks, hardly any dish was repeated. Everything tasted very good, apart from the sheet-pan pie at lunch, which they really don't make well, though it wasn't a disaster. There was plenty to choose from: meat, vegetables, sides, fruit, and drinks. I was there at the end of November and for much of December, when Corona was rising again. Hygiene came first, with disinfectant everywhere, clean toilets, disposable gloves in the dining room, weekly antigen tests, and respirators worn everywhere except in the pool and while eating. This won't be my last visit. I'd love to come back and be pampered again. 👍

Hello, I had a spa stay at the French spa, at the Louisa/jasenius hotel. Everything was top notch, from the maids to the manager, and both the restaurants and clinics were great. Thanks to all the staff. I recommend it to everyone and will come back again.

Good day. I stayed at the Jesenijus Spa Hotel. It's a two-star hotel, but the cozy room and its lovely cleaning were a pleasant surprise. Thanks to the cleaning ladies for taking such good care of it.
