The pool is lovely, the water is comfortable, and the whirlpool is great for unwinding. There’s also billiards upstairs, a bowling alley to rent, summer Minigolf, and a small playroom for kids. I’ve had excellent Thai massages from Mrs. Kani, though we still haven’t tried the sauna. The food is consistently excellent, from breakfast with its beautiful restaurant view to tasty dinners with plenty of choices that our children enjoy. We come to Hotel Trojer almost every year for a weekend and are always impressed by its charm and peaceful spot by the forest and mountains in Trojanovice. Booking is easy, the reception is very friendly, and Mrs. Ivana replies to my emails promptly. We’re always happy with our suite, usually one with a spacious terrace where we can sit and sometimes have breakfast outside. The separate bedroom for the children works well for us. It’s a dream place we love returning to.

They handled a difficult situation with real care, going well beyond what I expected. Communication was quick, helpful, kind, and flexible from the start, and it felt clear they genuinely cared about their guests. That fair and thoughtful attitude deserves recognition. I appreciate the help very much and am glad to recommend them.

Breakfast and dinner were fantastic, and the staff were really kind. The wellness area was nice too. Our room didn’t have AC, and an outdoor playground for kids would be a nice addition.

The restaurant was excellent, especially the steak and cheese platter I had, and the room was lovely with a comfortable bed and a neat, high-tech shower. The views were wonderful, too. From check-in through housekeeping and dining, everyone made sure we were looked after. For a four-star hotel in the Czech Republic, this felt top tier and could rival some five-star places I’ve stayed. I’d recommend it and would visit again.

The facilities are a lot of fun, from the indoor pool and full-size gym to the little mini golf, which I’m still thinking about. The new St. Martin menu was unfamiliar to me and felt a bit experimental, but I enjoyed it. I’m usually fussy about room setups and can get annoyed when they don’t meet Hilton standards, but this room suited the hotel’s concept really well. It’s set in the forest, with welcoming, approachable staff. Definitely worth the money, a refreshing place I’d recommend trying. Thank you 🙏
