Breakfast made for a lovely start to the day. The buffet was really generous, with cereals, pancakes, pastries, two kinds of sausages, scrambled eggs, a toaster, coffee machine, several drinks and plenty more. The breakfast staff were very nice and made sure the morning started well. Our room was modern and clean, with comfortable beds, air conditioning, a minibar fridge, hairdryer and towels. We also appreciated the spacious bathroom and shower. Although the guesthouse is by the road, the noise didn't disturb us. Parking is right in front and the area is closed at night. Check-in is available until 10 pm and can be done with access codes. It was beautiful, new, clean and cozy, probably one of the nicest and best equipped guesthouses we've stayed in recently. We were really satisfied and would happily come back. (Photos taken when we left.)

Breakfast was included and served from 7 to 9 as a small buffet. There were several kinds of pastries and muesli, along with cheese, ham, dry salami, yogurts, jams, coffee options and several sweet pastries that were fresh, crispy and delicious. The breakfast staff were very nice and kept checking whether anything needed topping up, so nothing ran out. I arrived around 10 pm, and the email codes gave me access to the main gate, parking area, guesthouse and room. The staff had been friendly from the moment I booked online. Inside, the room looked great and was well equipped, with a smart TV and air conditioning. I couldn't hear anything from neighboring rooms, and since the rooms are all on one floor, there was no one stomping overhead. The only issue was lukewarm water when I bathed around 10:30 pm, but that happens and didn't make the stay unpleasant. Check-in is possible until 10 pm. Note: the attached photos were taken the next morning!

I've owned my land for over 40 years, and it has nothing to do with the guesthouse, but I keep seeing this whenever I arrive there. I'm asking the guesthouse to sort it out somehow, or I'll start hating it. Thank you.
