The food and service were the real highlights. The owners clearly care about their guests, and even with only a few people in the restaurant, the meal was amazing. It was the best roast chicken I’ve had since moving to the Czech republic. The rooms were spacious, warm, and cozy, and the location was great. We stayed a few nights, paid a very reasonable price, and had a wonderful time. We’ll likely return to town, and this is where we’ll stay again.

This is our second year in a row here, and we still love the place. The slopes are right next door, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is really nice for such a reasonable price. It fills up quickly, so I recommend booking well ahead.

We only stopped in after skiing and weren’t staying there. The music was great, no Blanik, and the fries came out hot and crispy. Coffee was really good too, and the service was lovely. All of that right by the ski slope at a reasonable price.

The garlic beer and sirloin steak were both good. It felt a bit pricey for us, though in Harrachov it may be worth it.

This is our third stay here, and the first two times our family had a nice, large room with two bedrooms. This time, despite having booked since February, we were given a double room in the basement. It was dark, damp, and smelly, with wet duvets and a run-down bed that had a hole in the middle. We were charged what the hotel next door, which used to be so expensive, would have cost, even though they told us they had no room for us. We’re leaving very disappointed again.
