We liked how peaceful the area was, with a few mini markets just a short walk away and a river nearby for swimming if you don't mind cold water. The national park is about a 15-minute drive. The apartment had a full kitchen and a lovely atmospheric design. We stayed one night, though we could easily have stayed longer.

We only used the courtyard restaurant for breakfast, and it was a cozy, pleasant place. After arriving, the owner met us just outside the door on the right and quickly showed us to apartment number 6. I've never checked in so fast. :) We then went to the café, filled out the guest list, and had delicious coffee and dessert. Cards aren't accepted there, unfortunately, so we paid some in cash and settled the rest when we left, after bringing money from Sušice during one of our trips to find the nearest ATM. :) We'd definitely go back, maybe in winter.

There's a lot here for families, including a children's corner in the pastry shop, a cot you can book for the room, and a little yard playground with a slide and climbing frames. It may also be possible to barbecue in the yard in summer, though we visited at the end of September. The apartments were lovely, clean, and well cared for, and the staff were very nice. The place feels like a small complex, with its own restaurant and café/pastry shop. The accommodation costs more, but I felt it was worth it. I'd definitely recommend it, we were completely happy with our stay.
