The room was fairly clean, and the area by reception, garden and terrace were nice. The guesthouse sits right beside a busy road, though, and the pool mentioned in the stay information wasn't working. The guest fridges were dirty too. When I arrived, I got hardly any guidance about the area, like where to eat or find a shop, and wasn't even given a pin for getting in.

The shared kitchen is well equipped, and there's a gated parking area. My room was very clean, with fresh, nicely scented bedding. A very good guesthouse with a pool.

The place felt neglected and in poor shape, with old, worn and dirty furnishings, and the receptionist was unpleasant. We chose it because of the beautiful pool shown as the opening photo on booking, only to find out when we arrived that it was private and unavailable to guests. The guesthouse had been bought by a new owner a few months earlier, and it seemed they hadn't looked after it at all since. The overall stay was very bad. It basically felt like a hostel for people from non-European countries.

The owner is really friendly. The attic rooms get very hot in summer, and when a truck goes by, you can feel the bed shake. It does the job for a night's sleep.
