Being right at the edge of Krkonoše National Park makes this guesthouse a handy base for outings as well as winter activities. I stayed for a week and would happily recommend it. The ski slope at Janova Hora Ski Resort is right there, and the rooms have kitchenettes: three equipped rooms plus a larger family apartment with stairs up to the attic. There’s also a drying room for damp clothes and a lockable ski room for wet gear.

There are four apartments to choose from, with different sizes, facilities, and prices. The room had what we needed, and there’s a great space for drying shoes and clothes. The host was pleasant.

The owner was lovely and the accommodation was great. No Wi-Fi, which was the one small downside, but it was just a detail :)

Cross-country trails are just a short walk away, and the ski lift is right beside the chalet. The chalet itself is nice, with pleasant apartments.
