I was here on business for one night. The accommodation price was low, and the rooms were nice, clean and in good condition. There's outdoor seating and parking right in front of the hotel, but no fridge or air conditioning. It's a little outside Hustopeče, about five minutes by car from the center. A dirt road beside the highway also goes straight to town and would be good for cycling. The phone number on Maps connected me to the hotel's Previo reservation system, not the hotel directly. The woman there said only one room with two beds was available. After I booked, I received an email with the number for reception, and the receptionist managed to find us a second room, which worked out well. The service was helpful but slow. My colleague and I paid separately and entered company details twice, so we spent half an hour at reception. We arrived at 7 pm, but the restaurant stopped cooking at 6, and after that they seemed to have only beer and wine. The cold breakfast selection was good quality, with some yogurts, hard-boiled eggs and other choices. Staff also offered sausages or scrambled eggs made to order. I ordered the scrambled eggs, but after about 20 minutes they still hadn't prepared them. A few people had arrived in the restaurant, and I had to leave for work. Nearby activities include disc golf in Hustopeče, where much of the course is shaded by forest; discs should be available to rent at the information center. At the Nové Mlýny water reservoir you can rent paddleboards, and the Greek bistro Nové Mlýny is worth a mention. There are also go-karts at the very fun outdoor track in Břeclav.

The owner's a nice man, but some of his staff don't seem to care. I've never met a more obnoxious receptionist. I booked accommodation with breakfast, and he said he didn't care what I'd booked, then made me say whether we wanted breakfast. The rooms were unbearably hot, and the kitchen smell spread through the whole place. Breakfast was a plate of salami, cheese and vegetables, and the coffee was terrible. For dinner, the only choice we had was pizza. I was pleasantly surprised to find a fridge and TV in the room, but I'd rather sleep in my car than see that obnoxious guy again.
