What the hotel provides doesn't come close to justifying the price. We booked the private sauna and found that someone had used our towels and water glasses. The massage we booked afterward started 20 minutes late and was shorter than the time we paid for. Breakfast had no hot food, and our room wasn't cleaned.

The host was really friendly and took time to tell me about local activities and the area's history. My room and the shared spaces were clean, and breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. I came for cross-country skiing and alpine skiing, and there are lots of things to do here in both winter and summer. I'd visit again.

We came for a skiing weekend. The rooms were nicely furnished and very clean, and the staff were quick to respond and accommodating when we asked for things. Breakfast was lovely and prepared with care. We'd happily come back. Thanks so much.

We stayed three nights and really liked the place. The rooms have been refurbished recently, and everything was clean. The mattresses were truly comfortable, and the hotel is very close to the ski lift. Peter, the owner, was friendly and did everything he could to make our stay pleasant.

After days out doing activities nearby, my youngster and I liked relaxing with some games in the lounge. The room was cosy and quiet, and the hosts were so friendly and polite. I also enjoyed the generous international breakfast, including tortilla and pancakes.
