The room was very clean, and breakfast was tasty. They even sanded the parking area from 6:00 so it was safer to walk. I arrived late because of heavy fog on the way, but the owner came to check me in after 22:00. Thank you!

The food here is phenomenal by Czech standards. The Cosnkova polevka was just right, with proper egg and none of that cheap cheese. The main dishes were good quality and not too heavy. Service was very quick, and the staff speak Polish. They also have a Polish and German menu. An honest recommendation.

We spent a long weekend in the mountains, and this hotel made the trip well worth it. I’m not completely sure this is the right place to leave a review, but the hotel isn’t listed at its actual location, so I’m assuming this is it. The rooms are in the building behind the restaurant. The breakfast that comes with the stay was the best free hotel breakfast I’ve had in Europe so far. It’s served in the restaurant as an all-you-can-eat buffet, with different choices depending on the day, including sweets, boiled and scrambled eggs, crepes, cereal, juice, and baked goods. It’s a great base for exploring the countryside. Our room was clean and well appointed, and the staff were friendly. We had a booking-site hiccup, but the staff sorted it out quickly. We mostly used the room to sleep after hiking all day, and it worked well for that. The town center is about 2 km away, with buses from there to the surrounding countryside. We were walking around 15-20 km a day and came back exhausted. I’d definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.
