We felt welcome straight away thanks to the friendly, genuinely helpful staff. The room is well furnished, with a refrigerator and safe, and the bathroom has all the essentials, including toothbrushes, a hairdryer, shaving kit, shampoo and slippers. We'd happily recommend the hotel and would love to return.

On 3.9.2022, I was pleasantly surprised by how spotless the newly furnished rooms were, with a bit of an IKEA feel. Breakfast at 6 Euros was closer to what I'd expect at a 4-star hotel. There was a kettle with coffee and tea, the WiFi was great, and the night was quiet. The brewery was only about 100 meters away, and the staff were very friendly.

I've stayed here several times because I really like the location, but after this visit I don't feel like coming back. Breakfast was chaotic: the cooker was broken, so there were no eggs, the coffee wasn't good, and there was no juice or pastry. There are several bakeries in Kamenice, so even a few muffins or croissants would have been easy to provide. In our room, a wine glass was very dirty, probably left by someone who had stayed six months earlier. If I'd wanted to use the minibar, I would've had to drink straight from the bottle. It's a shame, because the place has lovely spaces and a lot of potential, but it feels like the desire to look after guests is gone.
