The outdoor areas have become a real letdown. The gazebo is always left with leaves and dirt, the furniture is dusty and covered in cobwebs, and we’ve had to clean the grill after the previous guests every time before we could use it. We’ve been coming for years, and sadly things have gone downhill. Mrs. Hesová has always been lovely, but the house used to have everything you might need and now there’s less and less. The beds creak, the old reused sheets and towels should be replaced, and the cleaning has got worse too.
