10/10
We ended up here by chance and were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant served simple, delicious local dishes, and the hotel was just a short walk from the slopes, about 100 meters. There was also a ski rental on site with a 10% discount for hotel guests. Rooms were clean and new, the beds comfortable, with a TV in every room and a spacious, clean bathroom. Breakfast was simple but tasty, like at other Czech hotels. The downside was that payment was cash only, and the nearest ATM was almost 4 km away.

The food was good, and everything was close to the hotel, though I found it a little expensive. The room was cold, and the internet connection was poor.

This felt more like a poor B&B than a hotel, and the staff were quite moody.

The food wasn't good, and we had an awful wait for a waiter, of all things.

The restaurant wasn't open, only breakfast was available, which was a shame. Otherwise, I was completely satisfied. The hotel has been beautifully renovated and was clean.
