The location is right in the city center, just a few minutes on foot from the main sights, and the stay includes the hotel's own underground garage. Staff were friendly and smiling, and most spoke English. Our room was spotless and a good size for two, with a desk and a separate little sitting area. The buffet breakfast had a huge choice, including both sweet and savory items, coffee, juice, tea, and water, with new options each day. You can also have dinner at the hotel's restaurant.

The food was impeccable, and breakfast had an amazing range. The wellness area was incredibly relaxing. Our room was cozy despite its older furniture, and the location in the Giant Mountains was exactly what we wanted. In town, though, a music bar right next door played all night and disturbed us. At check-in the receptionist seemed confused, and some things she told us didn't match the information we'd received beforehand. If we hadn't asked about everything, we wouldn't have learned much. Apart from that, the stay was what we paid for.

The sauna hours listed online don't match: the price list says it opens at 13:00, while the main page says 14:00 Monday to Friday. When I came back for a second visit that day, I was told it doesn't open until 16:00. I'd call ahead to avoid making extra trips.

Vrchlabi is a small city in the mountains, and this nice hotel is right in its center. The rooms were cozy, service was great, and there was a good choice of meals and drinks.

The wellness center was the only reason I chose this place, but I found it was booked privately for the whole afternoon, so I couldn't use it. It has to be reserved in advance and costs extra for every hour. At these prices, I expected at least one sauna visit to be included.
