We especially appreciated being able to have unlimited coffee throughout our stay :-D. The staff were really friendly and lovely with the children. It’s a clean place with a warm, family feel, and has an indoor kids’ corner with toys, plus a room with table football and billiards. There’s also an outdoor playground and pool, though bad weather meant we couldn’t use them. In a good way, it feels like an ordinary guesthouse.

The price was genuinely great, and the owner was pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the generous breakfasts and the self-service bar with its good selection. There’s a room with billiards and table tennis, plus an outdoor tennis court, pool and relaxation area. The well-kept guesthouse and its lovely surroundings charmed us as soon as we arrived. This was our first weekend here, but definitely won’t be our last. We’d be happy to return.

The guesthouse seems to have had better days, but if you don’t mind a bit of retro, it’s a peaceful, relaxing place. It’s a shame it sits beside the road, though it wasn’t a major problem. The owner/operator was very helpful and pleasant. The excellent Schaumann spring water comes from here and is suitable for infants.

We like this place a lot and keep coming back. The operators are pleasant, and it’s ideal for families with children. There are countless trips to take nearby, and the guesthouse has a small pool for cooling off, plus games and a tennis court you can rent.
