We were very disappointed. There was no hot water because the boiler was broken. It was up under the ceiling, so we couldn’t switch it on or even see whether it was working. The water was ice cold, and showering was impossible. We waited for the landlord to come fix it, but he never showed up, so we had to move to another hotel because staying there wasn’t possible. We still haven’t received a refund for the unused nights. There wasn’t a plug for the bathtub either. On the phone, the landlord’s wife shouted that “normal people don’t bathe in the tub because the water drains slowly and bothers the neighbors.” Stone age! Never again!
