The place was clean and convenient, but the customer service felt lacking. I hadn’t received instructions for collecting the key, so I had to call. I think the person in charge may have mixed up the communication channels for different booking platforms. They seemed a little annoyed at first, as if they thought I was stupid, but calmed down once I explained.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed, and the kitchen had a nice balcony with a city view. There were a few mix-ups about collecting the key, but they weren’t the organizers’ fault. Everything else was great.
